We cook hearty regional dishes, though also with a hint of our southern neighbors’ cuisine. Most of our ingredients are supplied by local farmers. We are happy to cater to your various wishes and needs, whether you are vegetarian or have special dietary requirements. Which means, of course, we also take into account your personal food intolerances, while offering dishes that are gluten-free, vegan etc.
If you decide to book full board, we offer you a lunch buffet or, if you prefer, a lavish pack lunch to take with you on your excursion or hike. You will also encounter huts along the way, where your hosts will be delighted to serve you their home-cooked specialties. Our half-board treats you either to a menu selection or specialty buffet once you have returned in the evening.
Our sumptuous breakfast buffet is certain to whet your appetite. And then, with your tummy full and your body reenergized, you will be ready to get your day off to a flying start. Sit at your regular table in our breakfast room, or make yourself comfortable on our scenic terrace with its truly marvelous views.
We offer hot dishes à la carte throughout the day. Particularly popular are our dishes on a stone griddle, cheese fondues as well as house specialties such as Frigga served in the pan, our cheese board and other hearty snack favorites.
